Fire Protection Estimator
Are you an experienced Fire Protection Estimator with 3–5 years of experience? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team.
As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for reviewing plans, performing accurate quantity takeoffs, evaluating subcontractor proposals, and preparing precise estimates for fire protection systems. A NICET certification is a plus.
What You'll Do:
Analyze plans and specifications.
Conduct quantity takeoffs for fire protection systems.
Prepare detailed estimates.
Evaluate and compare subcontractor bids.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of construction estimating experience.
Experience with fire protection systems is a must.
NICET certification is a plus.
Salary:
$90,000–$100,000, based on experience.
