Key Responsibilities

  • Litigation Management: Handle various stages of discovery, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and supporting motions.
  • Advocacy: Attend court hearings, participate in depositions, and assist in trial preparation for complex medical malpractice and general liability cases.
  • Research & Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and draft sophisticated briefs, legal memoranda, and status reports for sophisticated clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience: looking for plaintiff OR defense attorney who has taken 3-4 medical malpractice cases to trial
  • Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing of the Ohio State Bar.
  • Mindset: Seeking a driven, entrepreneurial attorney eager to build their own book of business and push the boundaries of their potential. The firm is fully committed to supporting your growth and success.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $150,000 (commensurate with experience).
