Trial Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
• Prepare for and assist during trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings.
• Manage case files, exhibits, witnesses, trial notebooks, and trial logistics.
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and trial preparation.
• Utilize the Clio Case Management System to effectively manage litigation matters.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Trial experience through verdict is required.
• Arbitration experience through award is required.
• Recent experience using the Clio Case Management System.
• Ability and willingness to travel and be present in person during trials and arbitrations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
