The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience and be licensed to practice (preferible licensed in Texas + a second state)
  • Oil and gas experience major plus.
  • Demonstrate a keen eagerness to acquire invaluable courtroom skills and evolve as a trial attorney.
  • Approach their work with humility, readily accepting guidance while confidently engaging with clients.
  • Willing to relocate

Additionally, the successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Drafting and filing legal documents in both state and federal courts, including proficiency in e-filing procedures.
  • Preparation of trial and hearing documents for cases in state and federal jurisdictions.
  • Staying abreast of evolving case law developments.
  • Conducting thorough research and preparing legal memorandums.
  • Offering insightful case analysis and strategic input on active matters.
  • Managing documentation and data throughout the production and discovery process.
