We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney – Defense & PI Focus with 7–12 years of expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated attorney ready to make a significant impact while advancing their career.
Independently manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters from discovery to resolution.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trials and mediations.
Collaborate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal teams to build and present strong cases.
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
7–12 years of experience in personal injury and construction defect defense.
Trial experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Competitive salary: $130,000–$180,000 (commensurate with experience).
