Job Description

A well-established and respected Restoration company is looking for a Restoration Emergency Services Manager to join their executive team. 

The Restoration Emergency Services Manager is responsible for leading and growing the Emergency Services Department, managing staff, ensuring safety and profitability, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, insurance carriers, and clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Staff management: hiring, training, performance reviews
  • Department budgeting and profitability tracking

  • Ensuring safety standards and use of PPE

  • Relationship management with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance carriers

  • Handling complaints, collecting payments, and managing job profitability

  • Promoting company services through marketing and networking

  • Managing documentation and reports using industry software

 

Required Competencies: 

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restoration software (Xactimate, Sage, etc.)

  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills

  • Capable of handling multiple jobs and managing up to 20 staff

  • Experience in strategic planning and conducting staff meetings

  • Customer service skills and the ability to manage stress effectively

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 5+ years in a management role within restoration

  • 3+ years in Emergency Services within restoration

  • IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, FSRT)

  • Broader restoration industry experience

  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods

  • On-site property movement and computer operation

  • Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)

  • Safe driving of a company vehicle
