Job Description

Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Machine Builder to assemble and wire custom agricultural and industrial machinery—such as conveyors, seed dryers, elevators, and material handling systems. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, and a working knowledge of machine design software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire mechanical systems, motors, and control panels from detailed blueprints

  • Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams

  • Install components such as drives, sensors, actuators, and PLC interfaces

  • Work with engineering teams to review and refine mechanical/electrical designs

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in machine building or industrial equipment assembly

  • Skilled in mechanical and electrical wiring, layout, and troubleshooting

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and 3D models

  • Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor

  •  

    Welding, fabrication, or machining experience a plus
