Your Role as a Commercial Roofing Estimator:
🏗️ Develop accurate and competitive estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial roofing projects
📐 Perform take-offs from architectural drawings, blueprints, and site data
🤝 Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to produce winning solutions
📑 Review contract documents for scope accuracy and pricing alignment
📝 Oversee submittals, change orders, and closeout packages with precision
🏆 Be a key contributor in pre-construction meetings to ensure successful project launches
What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ 5+ years experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
✔️ In-depth knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, Metal, etc.)
✔️ Ability to read blueprints, technical specs, and compliance documents
✔️ Proficiency in estimating software Edge, On-Screen Takeoff and Microsoft Office
✔️ Strong time management and communication skills
