Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate brake presses efficiently and safely.
Program brake presses to meet production requirements.
Write and adjust programs as needed for different parts and specifications.
Lead by example on the shop floor and support team members.
Ensure machines are properly set up and ready for production runs.
Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all work.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of press brake operation experience.
Experience setting up and programming brake presses.
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to long-term employment.
Familiarity with writing and adjusting programs for production needs.
Ability to manage machine setup and select appropriate programs.
