What You'll Do

• Manage water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects
• Lead project teams through planning, design, and project delivery
• Manage project schedules, budgets, invoicing, and client communication
• Prepare and review engineering plans, calculations, and permit documents
• Develop proposals and qualifications packages
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients and industry partners
• Participate in business development and professional organizations
• Mentor engineers and support the growth of project teams

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience
• Experience managing municipal water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional client service
