Sales & Service Coordinator- Onsite Corpus Christi Texas

A dynamic community-focused financial institution is seeking a Vice President – Sales & Service Coordinator to drive growth, enhance customer service, and lead sales and service excellence across its branch network. Reporting directly to the Chief Lending Officer, this key role will collaborate with branch operations and treasury management teams to support business development and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales training, coaching, and performance tracking across all branches to meet company-wide goals
• Serve as a product ambassador for new offerings and initiatives
• Partner with treasury management to develop and pursue business opportunities
• Support executive leadership in designing and implementing market-specific growth strategies
• Monitor and analyze business development metrics and recommend improvements
• Organize and participate in community engagement events
• Conduct branch-level training in sales, service, and product knowledge
• Promote a consistent sales culture through leadership development and coaching

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales leadership within banking or financial services
• Strong coaching and training background with ability to motivate teams
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Willingness to travel between branches as needed
