Job Description

This role is best suited for a surgically experienced PA who thrives in the operating room and is comfortable assisting in complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• First assist in surgery, including gender-affirming procedures
• Provide perioperative patient care
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and surgical team
• Assist in both OR and clinic settings as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of surgical experience preferred
• Comfortable and confident in the operating room
• Flexibility to support both OR and clinic coverage
• Active California PA license required

Schedule:

• Approximately 3 days in the OR
• 1.5–2 days in clinic
