Personal Lines Account Manager - HNW

The Personal Lines Account Manager partners closely with Private Clients to deliver attentive service that fosters confidence and peace of mind. 

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing the personal insurance needs of clients, including high-value homes, luxury vehicles, and boats etc.
  • Managing client portfolios, which may involve accounts with premiums ranging from $25k - $1M+.
  • Advising clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with insurance carrier partners to ensure seamless coordination and mutual success.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and responsive communication.
  • Uphold organization's core mission, values and goals. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 + years Personal Lines insurance.
  • Licensing: Active MA P&C License
  • Proficiency with Applied Epic or AMS360 is essential.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others.
  • Problem Solver: Quick-thinking, solution-oriented, and client-focused.
  • Driven and Self-Motivated with a passion for success and personal accountability.
