What They're Looking For

• 2–5 years of real estate transactional experience (exceptional junior candidates will be considered)
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated stability in prior employment
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in California
