Lead Transactional Attorney – Business & Real Estate (Idaho)

The Opportunity
In this role, you will not just be drafting contracts from the sidelines; you will be the primary strategist and point of contact for clients. You will manage multiple active deals simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Leadership: Lead the overall strategy and structuring of complex business and real estate transactions.
Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements, purchase/sale contracts, and corporate documents.
Due Diligence & Closing: Oversee the entire due diligence process and manage closing operations to ensure smooth execution.
Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary client contact, proactively identifying legal and business risks, resolving issues, and keeping momentum moving forward.
Candidate Profile
Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated leader who is comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
Skill Set: Exceptional negotiation, drafting, organizational, and project management skills. Must be able to deliver clear, business-minded advice rather than just rigid legal theories.
Licensure: Must be a member of the Idaho State Bar in good standing.
