Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)Location: Boston, MA

A plaintiff-side firm in Boston is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. This role offers a strong pipeline of cases and the opportunity to handle matters from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and demand packages
• Take and defend depositions
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• Communicate with clients throughout the process

Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• MA bar required
