About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Appropriately evaluating the cost of mechanical systems in projects.
Assessing both the cost and schedule required to perform projects accurately.
Becoming familiar with the company’s competitive advantages and effectively communicating these during the bidding process.
Reviewing blueprints, specs, and project documents to create precise material and labor estimates.
Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure budgets and timelines are realistic.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and suggesting efficient solutions.
This role is hands-on and critical to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
