Education Law Attorney | DFW, Texas (Hybrid)
A well-regarded Texas law firm in the DFW area is seeking an Educational Law Attorney with 3–5 years of experience representing public school districts and/or handling special education matters in Texas public schools. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who already has school law or special education experience and is looking to grow within a supportive firm that offers mentorship and a clear path to partnership.
What You’ll Do

Represent Texas public school districts in education and special education matters

Handle administrative law and special education litigation, including due process hearings

Advise school administrators on compliance, risk management, and regulatory matters

Assist with investigations, grievance matters, and student services issues

Maintain a monthly billable requirement of 140 hours
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of education law and/or special education law experience in Texas
-
Experience representing public schools or working closely with school districts
-
Administrative hearing or litigation experience preferred

Strong knowledge of federal and Texas education regulations
