Job Description

Operations Supervisor (Day Shift Or Night Shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day production and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards

  • Lead and develop team members, including training and performance oversight

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support efficient workflows

  • Oversee operation and basic maintenance of UV, digital, and flexographic press machines

  • Coordinate with other departments to align operations with business goals

  • Promote workplace safety and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing/packaging with press or printing equipment required

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams

  • Skilled in machine operations, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization - plus if experience doing maintenance on machines

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking tools

  • Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
