PROJECT MANAGER

Greater Greenville, SC | Luxury Residential & Luxury Commercial Construction

A privately held, high-end construction management firm is confidentially expanding into the Greater Greenville, South Carolina market and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex residential and commercial builds.

This organization specializes in custom luxury construction, boutique commercial projects, and high-touch client work, with a strong reputation for quality, precision, and long-term client relationships.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule adherence, budget control, and superior execution across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and field leadership
• Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all job sites
• Maintain strong client communication and project transparency

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field REQUIRED or strongly preferred
• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial or high-end residential construction
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects preferred
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar a plus)
