A high-quality commercial builder is looking to hire in the Atlanta market and surrounding areas.
This is a targeted opening built around current multifamily construction volume and immediate project needs.
They are looking for someone who can lead active commercial job sites across markets and travel as needed to keep work moving.
Position Overview
This is a travel-based field leadership role tied to active commercial work across multiple markets. The company needs someone who can step into moving projects, take control of field execution, and lead with accountability while working away from home as needed.
What You Will Be Working On
- Ground-up and renovation commercial construction across multiple markets
- Big-box, retail, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, and related travel-based work depending on background
- Active job sites with strong field leadership demands
- Travel assignments tied to live projects already underway
What You Bring
- Strong field leadership and production mindset
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, inspections, sequencing, and schedule while traveling
- Strong understanding of plans, specifications, and field execution
- Ability to enforce safety and quality standards
- Comfort leading active job sites in changing markets and conditions
- Clear communication with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Lead jobsite operations across travel-based commercial projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, inspections, and daily activities
- Maintain schedule, sequencing, and production flow
- Enforce safety and quality standards
- Track punch, closeout, and field documentation needs
- Support strong field execution while traveling as projects require
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial Superintendent or field leadership experience
- GC-side experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods as required
- Ground-up commercial experience preferred
- Stable work history preferred
- Only candidates with relevant construction experience aligned with the role’s project type, scope, and responsibilities will be considered
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus (required in bilingual-specific postings)
Preferred Experience / Software
- Procore
- Bluebeam
- Autodesk Build or similar field management software is a plus
- OSHA 30 is a plus
Location / Flexibility
- Local candidates are preferred
- Strong relocators with highly relevant experience will still be considered
