Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of power distribution and control systems used in dynamic, event-driven environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable electrical performance, safety compliance, and efficient deployment of temporary and permanent electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems including power distribution, control panels, and low/high voltage applications
  • Create and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment in field and shop environments
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure systems meet performance and timeline requirements
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other applicable electrical and safety standards
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability
  • Assist in equipment selection, specification, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical support during live events and rapid deployment scenarios as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical design, power systems, or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and power distribution
  • Proficiency with CAD or electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Experience with generators, temporary power, or event-based systems is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and support field operations as required
