We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of power distribution and control systems used in dynamic, event-driven environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable electrical performance, safety compliance, and efficient deployment of temporary and permanent electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems including power distribution, control panels, and low/high voltage applications
- Create and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment in field and shop environments
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure systems meet performance and timeline requirements
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other applicable electrical and safety standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability
- Assist in equipment selection, specification, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical support during live events and rapid deployment scenarios as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 3+ years of experience in electrical design, power systems, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and power distribution
- Proficiency with CAD or electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with generators, temporary power, or event-based systems is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and support field operations as required
