Hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of fabrication and facility equipment in a fast-paced job shop setting.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair welders, CNC machines, laser cutters, brake presses, overhead cranes, and hoists
Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and manuals for repairs and system updates
Handle basic facility maintenance including lighting, air systems, HVAC filters, and plumbing
Log maintenance work and updates using an ERP system
Requirements:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in a fabrication environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with overhead crane maintenance and OSHA standards
Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Technical diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Certifications such as OSHA 10/30, Arc Flash, LOTO, or Forklift/Crane Operation are a plus
