A leading Florida firm is seeking a Condominium/Community Association Attorney. This position offers significant client relationship and professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities of Condominium/Community Association Attorney:

  • Draft and record, as applicable, organizational and governing documents (Declarations, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Amendments, and Rules and Regulations).
  • Advise condominium and community associations, boards of directors, managers, and other clients on legal matters under the Florida Homeowners' Association Act, Condominium Act, and other applicable laws.
  • Represent clients in Florida DBPR and other investigations, arbitrations, and proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and document review.
  • Prepare legal correspondence, interpretations, and opinions.
  • Collection of assessments.
  • Attend Board of Director, Annual and other meetings.

Requirements for the Condominium/Community Association Attorney:

  • Member of the Florida bar in good standing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Condominium/Community Association law, including reviewing and drafting organizational and governing documents.
  • Knowledge of the Florida Condominium Act, Homeowners' Association Act, and related legislation.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent research, analytical and drafting skills.
