Intermodal Drayage and Rail Sales – Remote | High-Earning Potential

Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in intermodal logistics, drayage, or rail freight? This is a high-impact role with uncapped earnings potential and full remote flexibility.

We’re working with a growing transportation company that’s expanding its national intermodal network. They're seeking a motivated sales expert who knows how to move freight efficiently and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell intermodal drayage and rail services to shippers, brokers, and logistics providers

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing to account growth

  • Provide tailored freight solutions that maximize efficiency and value

  • Coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth freight execution

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in intermodal, drayage, or rail freight sales

  • Strong network of industry contacts (shippers, 3PLs, carriers)

  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment

  • Skilled in rate quoting, contract negotiation, and client follow-through
