This opportunity is perfect for attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and are passionate about representing clients in complex personal injury and insurance-related litigation. The right candidate will handle a variety of matters including personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, and insurance subrogation.
Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and insurance defense
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and manage cases through trial
Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and negotiate settlements
Work closely with clients and insurance carriers to deliver strategic legal solutions
3+ years of experience as a Defense Side Litigation Attorney
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
Proven ability to manage a heavy litigation caseload independently
Competitive base salary range $110K - $150K with aggressive merit-based bonuses paid semi-annually
