Job Description

A well-established commercial General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects. This role is perfect for someone who wants consistent work, supportive leadership, and room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and internal teams
• Maintain project quality, safety, and communication throughout all phases

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Ability to run projects with minimal oversight
• Strong communication, scheduling, and cost-control experience
• Experience with construction management software (Procore a plus)
