Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of CNC lathes
- Lead a team of machinists to ensure production goals are met
- Program and set up CNC machines for production runs- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new team members on machine operation and safety procedures
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Experience with lathe machining and CNC programming
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
