Career Opportunity: Associate Attorney (Tort & Personal Injury)

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 (Competitive Base + Bonus)

The Firm

A premier, high-stakes law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled Tort Litigation Associate to join their growing team. Known for securing multi-million dollar results, the firm specializes in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and mass torts. This is an opportunity for a high-performing attorney to transition from "paperwork" to "courtroom," working on a sophisticated docket of complex cases.

The Role

As a 4+ year associate, you will hit the ground running with significant autonomy over your caseload. You won’t just be a researcher; you will be the primary driver of your cases from inception through trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value tort and personal injury matters.

• Conduct and defend complex depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.

• Draft and argue substantive motions, including MSJs and discovery motions.

• Coordinate with medical experts and accident reconstructionist to build liability and damages.

• Lead settlement negotiations and represent clients in mediation and trial.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of litigation experience, specifically within Tort Law (Plaintiff or Defense).

• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school and active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

• Skills: Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills are non-negotiable. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess a "trial-ready" mindset.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) system and local Beverly Hills/LA legal community.
