We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our established and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is looking for challenging work, a collaborative environment, and a clear path to partnership.

Position Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of trust and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Represent clients in probate and trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, will contests, and related proceedings.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs as needed.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Advise trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries on complex legal issues.
  • Develop litigation strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional legal services.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar.
  • 5 or more years of trust and estates litigation experience.
  • Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a substantial caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to achieving outstanding results.

Compensation & Benefits
