Operations Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, no-nonsense manufacturing environment. This leadership role offers real ownership, visibility, and the chance to directly impact how products are built and delivered to customers across multiple industries, including aerospace, automotive, and industrial equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations while also driving Lean initiatives across the plant
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and metrics that improve productivity and reduce waste
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning aligned with strategic objectives
• Mentor and coach team members, driving accountability and performance through clear goals
• Champion continuous improvement, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
• Oversee quality, throughput, and safety with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset

What You Bring:

• Proven success in managing operations and lean initiatives within a manufacturing environment
• 10+ years of experience, with deep knowledge electrical, component, or industrial manufacturing
• A BS in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Lean Six Sigma certification or similar certifications preferred.
• A track record of measurable improvements in scrap reduction, efficiency, and accuracy
• A strong sense of ownership, and drive—must take pride in getting things done and growing a company
