Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Participate in pre-bid meetings and interface with clients and engineers
Help assess risks and build winning bid strategies
1+ years of experience estimating construction projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar is a plus
Strong computer skills and comfort with estimating software
Effective communicator with a client-first mindset
