Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner-level corporate attorney with substantial experience independently leading and managing mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and other strategic business matters.

We are seeking an attorney capable of independently leading sophisticated transactions and serving as a primary point of contact for clients while working collaboratively within our Corporate and Commercial Transactions Team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a sophisticated and collaborative Corporate and Commercial Transactions Team serving regional, national, and international clients. Candidates should demonstrate strong client service skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. A track record of business development, emerging client origination success, or a small portable book of business with growth potential is preferred, although not required.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and related business matters.
• Ability to independently lead transactions and manage client relationships.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Business development experience, client origination success, or a growing book of business preferred.
• Desire to contribute to a collaborative and growing practice.

Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, subject matter expertise, business development capabilities, and portable client relationships. The anticipated annual salary for this position starts at $275,000, with the opportunity for substantially higher compensation based on qualifications and client development experience.
