On-Site Civil Engineer (EIT or PE Preferred)

We are a reputable, well-established civil engineering firm that is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team. Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering, design, land planning, and consulting services throughout the Central Arkansas region. Our projects span retail centers, healthcare facilities, and residential developments, and we pride ourselves on exceeding client expectations and building long-lasting partnerships.

What You Will Be Doing

 

  • Prepare site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to deliver project designs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and land developers to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct zoning and permitting research to support project approvals.
  • Manage stormwater management systems and site utility designs.

Qualifications

 

  • E.I.T. certification or P.E. license strongly encouraged.
  • Experience in land development engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong background in:
    • Site Grading
    • Utility Design
    • Stormwater Management Systems
    • Zoning and Permitting Research
  • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality designs on time.
