🔥 NOW HIRING: 💼 Transactional Business & Finance Paralegal – Pittsburgh, PA 💼

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Paralegal to support our corporate law team in business formations, mergers & acquisitions, entity management, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with attorneys, gain hands-on experience with high-value business transactions, and grow your expertise. Salary: $60,000–$80,000 DOE.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and manage corporate documents: bylaws, operating agreements, resolutions, minutes, entity formation & dissolution docs
• File documents with state and federal systems
• Organize and maintain transaction files and client records
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors
• Track deadlines, manage calendars, and enter billable time
• Assist with due diligence, disclosure schedules, and closing binders

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years paralegal or related experience
• Paralegal certificate or training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and Adobe
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new software and processes
• Client-facing experience a plus

Bonus Skills:

• Active Notary
• Experience with iManage or document management systems
• Experience with Aderant or other billing/timekeeping software
