🚨 Urgent Hire – Civil Litigation Attorney | Asheville, NC 🚨

A growing Asheville law firm is seeking an experienced NC-licensed Civil Litigation Attorney to join its expanding practice immediately! This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with hybrid flexibility and trial exposure.

What You’ll Do:

• Defend civil litigation claims from start to finish
• Handle trials and arbitrations
• Work on cases including: construction litigation, trucking & transportation, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation

What We’re Looking For:

• NC Bar license required
• 3–5+ years of civil litigation defense experience
• Proven trial and arbitration experience
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, and client communication skills

📍 Location: Asheville, NC (hybrid work with Asheville as home base)
