Position: Labor & Employment Partner
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Overview:
Our client, a well-respected law firm in Pittsburgh, is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Partner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with deep expertise in labor relations and employment litigation to take a leadership role in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Proven experience in labor relations and employment litigation is required.
• Skilled in administrative practice before local, state, and federal agencies; and/or providing advice and counseling.
• Hands-on experience in labor matters, including labor arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges.
• Experience in transactional matters involving labor and employment issues is a plus.
• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in good standing.
• Small portable book of business preferred.
