🌱 URGENT: Environmental Litigation Mid-Level Associate

📍 Pittsburgh, PA | Hybrid

💰 Salary: Competitive / DOE

• A respected law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Environmental Litigation practice. This is a hands-on role with direct client contact and exposure to complex, high-impact matters.

  Responsibilities:
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution
  • Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and research memoranda
  • Conduct legal and factual research; interact with clients and experts
  • Take and defend depositions; argue motions
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery
  • Assist with hearings, trials, and business development initiatives

  Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Experience handling complex matters and technical materials
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Active Pennsylvania law license in good standing
