Real Estate Transactional Attorney | Remote (California)

A well-established real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated transactional work and is looking to build a long-term career with a collaborative team. The position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in California.

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
• Background in real estate development preferred
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, zoning, and permitting requirements
• Experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters
• Licensed and in good standing in California
