This individual will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and transparent repair process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally while assessing their service needs

  • Recommend appropriate services and maintenance packages, clearly explaining the value and necessity of each

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and any changes to service estimates

  • Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repair orders and ensure timely completion of work

  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of service history, customer notes, and vehicle information

  • Assist in the coordination of vehicle drop-off and pick-up logistics for streamlined workflow

  • Resolve billing discrepancies or disputes by working with accounting and providing proper documentation

  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any remaining concerns

  • Perform visual quality control checks to ensure all work is completed to standard prior to customer delivery

  • Upsell additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages where appropriate through product knowledge and consultative selling

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably within a powersports, automotive, or marine dealership

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions

  • Proficiency with CRM or dealership management systems

  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or similar vehicles is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a bonus
