A fast-paced, high-level corporate practice is seeking a 3–7 year M&A & Corporate Attorney to join its growing Pittsburgh team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on transactional experience, direct client interaction, and exposure to complex, sophisticated deals.

🔹 Work on mergers & acquisitions, asset and stock deals
🔹 Draft and negotiate definitive agreements and ancillary documents
🔹 Lead and manage due diligence
🔹 Advise clients on general corporate and commercial matters
🔹 Collaborate closely with partners and take real ownership of transactions

This group is consistently busy, highly collaborative, and offers associates the opportunity to build strong client relationships while advancing their transactional skill set.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–7 years of law firm experience in M&A, corporate, or commercial work
✔ Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple matters in a high-volume practice
✔ Excellent academic and communication skills
