A well-established law firm in Coral Springs is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse caseload representing insurers in a variety of civil litigation matters, including first-party property, liability, and coverage disputes.
About the Role:
Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation, from intake through trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
Work closely with clients and insurance carriers to develop case strategy and provide regular updates
Collaborate with a supportive team of attorneys and staff
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed to practice in Florida
3 to 5 years of experience handling insurance defense matters, including first-party property and liability claims
Strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills
Ability to manage a growing caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and client service skills
Based in or willing to commute to Coral Springs
