A rapidly growing meat processing operation is expanding its maintenance leadership team and seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to support continued production growth and equipment reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment with strong long-term stability.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support daily maintenance activities across production operations
Oversee, guide, and develop maintenance technicians
Troubleshoot and maintain key equipment including boilers, separators, and grinders
Support preventative maintenance, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work cross-functionally with production and quality teams to maintain uptime and meet operational goals
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of supervisory experience OR 5–10+ years as a lead or maintenance technician
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience in manufacturing or food/processing environments preferred
Flexibility to support both day and night shifts
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced production setting
