Our client—a trusted name in the livestock feed industry for over 40 years—is seeking a Director of Feed Sales & Operations to lead their feed division. With deep roots in the local swine and cattle markets, this company prides itself on customer service, team development, and delivering results.

As the Director of Feed Sales & Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing the entire feed division. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role where you will lead a dedicated team across sales and operations, craft marketing and sales forecasts, and drive profitable growth while maintaining the trusted relationships the company is known for.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in feed, livestock, or ag-related industries

  • Strong background in sales forecasting, operational oversight, and team development

  • Deep understanding of the swine and/or cattle markets

  • Ability to drive strategic growth while keeping customer success at the center

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Must relocate to Company HQ in Northern Iowa
