Electrical Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Center Construction

100% Travel (Nationwide) 

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale Mission Critical and Data Center construction projects across the U.S. This role oversees all aspects of electrical construction, including safety, quality, scheduling, manpower, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.

The ideal candidate has experience leading ground-up Mission Critical or Data Center projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field electrical operations from project start through completion.

  • Manage electrical crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, high-quality project execution.

  • Coordinate manpower, scheduling, material deliveries, and daily work plans.

  • Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.

  • Partner with Project Managers, General Contractors, Engineers, and Owners.

  • Conduct safety meetings, jobsite inspections, and enforce NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.

  • Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress while resolving field issues.

  • Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of electrical construction experience.

  • 3+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or Lead Superintendent.

  • Mission Critical/Data Center construction experience required.

  • Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience.

  • Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and electrical construction practices.

  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

  • Experience leading multiple crews and coordinating subcontractors.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, or similar software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician License

  • OSHA 30 Certification

  • NFPA 70E Certification

  • CPR/First Aid Certification

  • Hyperscale Data Center experience

  • Commissioning and turnover experience
