We’re representing a well-established, relationship-focused financial institution seeking a Senior Commercial Banker. This is a growth-focused opportunity for a proven commercial lender who excels at managing portfolios, developing new business, and providing high-touch client service.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients
Develop new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Structure, negotiate, and manage loan packages
Deepen client relationships by cross-selling deposit and treasury solutions
Oversee renewals, monitor risk, and ensure proper documentation
Maintain regular calling activity and referral relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar field
7+ years of commercial lending or business banking experience
Strong credit analysis and loan structuring skills (formal credit training a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and self-driven, with strong business development focus
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary estimated between $115,000–$190,000
Performance-based bonus eligibility
