About the Opportunity
A plaintiff-focused law practice is seeking an experienced Mass Tort Paralegal to support its litigation team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on handling large, complex cases and enjoys contributing to meaningful work on behalf of injured clients. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while still being part of a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
Assist attorneys in all phases of mass tort litigation, from intake through trial.
Organize and manage high-volume case files and discovery.
Draft discovery responses, motions, and client communications.
Coordinate with clients, experts, and co-counsel throughout the case.
Provide litigation support for depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of paralegal experience in mass tort or complex litigation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to client advocacy.
