Position: Litigation Associate Attorney – Personal Injury

Overview:
A well-established personal injury law firm in Washington State is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–8 years of experience to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, first or second-chair trial experience, and a proven ability to manage cases from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities:
Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters (auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.)
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Conduct and defend depositions
Negotiate settlements and attend mediations
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials
Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff
Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the litigation process
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active member of the Washington State Bar (WSBA)
3–8 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury
Trial experience required (first or second-chair preferred)
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a client-first approach
