CNC Setup/Operator

Currently working with a custom manufacturing company that serves the industrial and retail market that has a need for a CNC Setup/Operator that will set-up and operate CNC Mills to produce precision machined metal parts..

Required Qualification

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• 3+ years of experience as a CNC setup/operator
• Able to read and complete machine set-up sheets
• Set-up machine to e used for production
• Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions for porduction requirements
• Able to machine parts to required specifications
• Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications
  • Move parts to designated areas
• Replace worn tooling as needed
• Must be able to use micrometers, calipers, and other gauges for measuring
