HVAC Service Technician

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system performance evaluations.
Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly with customers while providing exceptional service.
Complete work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all local codes and company standards.
Collaborate with fellow technicians and mentor apprentices as your experience grows.
5+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and HVAC equipment.
EPA Certification (required); additional certifications are a plus.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
